Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. If 30 days has passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do not refund used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender with no refund. Any sign of tags or foil removed will result in a refusal of the return.

If the return is related to defective goods - we require a photo and email within 2 days of receiving the product as proof of a defective product. Please email support@boomcaseshop.com.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you by email. We will notify you of approval or rejection of the requested refund. If a refund is approved we will notify you and refund your original payment method.

If the buyer of a product provides us with an incorrect address on initial shipment we will not be responsible for that and will not issue a refund for a lost product.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if defective or damaged. Please email support@boomcaseshop.com.

Shipping returns

The purchaser is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. When returning purchases worth over $75 we recommend using tracked shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
